Keyboard Karen is a satirical collection of complaint letter templates and terminology, celebrating (and gently mocking) the fine art of customer complaint. We've all witnessed it. Some of us have done it. None of us are proud.

Is This Serious?

No. This is humor. Please do not actually send these letters to businesses unless you want to end up on a subreddit. The templates are exaggerated for comedic effect and are not intended as actual customer service advice.

If you have a legitimate complaint, we encourage you to communicate calmly and respectfully with businesses. It actually works better. We know. Shocking.

Who Made This?

Keyboard Karen is a Centricle production, built during a weekend of questionable decision-making and too much caffeine.
