I am writing to file a formal complaint about the DEPLORABLE treatment I received from one of your employees.

When I entered your store at 9:47 AM (I noted the time for my records), your employee greeted me with a simple 'Hello.' No smile. No 'Welcome to [STORE NAME], how can I make your day amazing?' Just... 'Hello.'
The disrespect continued when I asked a simple question about your return policy and was told to 'check the sign.' THE SIGN? I am a HUMAN BEING who deserves human interaction, not to be directed to a SIGN like some kind of... sign-reader.
When I asked for the employee's name for my records, they had the nerve to only give me their first name. As if I can't find out their last name through other means.

I expect this employee to face consequences and for you to personally ensure this never happens again to ANY customer.
