I am APPALLED by the complete disregard for customer satisfaction I experienced at your restaurant today.
Body
When I specifically asked for my dressing ON THE SIDE, I expected it to be ON THE SIDE. Not 'mostly on the side with a little bit touching the lettuce.' Not 'in a tiny cup that's precariously balanced on top of my salad.' ON. THE. SIDE.
Furthermore, when I asked if the chicken was 'really organic' and your server said 'I think so,' that is NOT a sufficient answer. I have dietary requirements and ethical standards that MUST be respected.
I also noted that my water glass was only refilled TWICE during my 47-minute meal. I was practically parched.
Closing Demands
I am requesting a full refund for my meal, complimentary gift cards for my inconvenience, and a personal apology from the chef.
